Removing Billing Information

Privacy and transparency are a top value at ShoppingGives and we want users to maintain control of their information. When you provide billing information to ShoppingGives those payment details are secured fully by our partner Stripe who processes all payments; ShoppingGives has no access to your banking information or account numbers, only the ability to see billing accounts are linked. 

Annually, we remove these linked billing accounts from inactive users as long as there are no outstanding invoices. If you’d like to request your information be removed immediately please reach out to support at support@shoppinggives.com with the following information:

  • Your store URL
  • Your Name
  • Contact Email
  • Contact Phone

Once verified that the ShoppingGives app has been disabled and there are no open invoices, we will remove and confirm that all billing information has been purged from ShoppingGives’ Stripe account.
