You can keep track of your invoices within the Change Commerce app to see which invoices have been paid or not. To check on your invoice status, open the Change Commerce app, click on Reports and then Invoices.
Once an invoice has been paid, you will see a “Paid” status next to the invoice. If an invoice is in the process of being paid but has not fully cleared yet, you will see a “Processing” status next to the invoice.
Processing for an invoice happens when a payment is released but hasn’t been processed yet. In most cases, Shopify billing will help ensure that processing happens quickly. If you see a payment with a “Processing” status for over 48 hours, we recommend reaching out to us to check on the status.
Please note that a paid invoice status does not mean that donations have been granted to your supported nonprofits yet. You can learn more about the granting process for nonprofits here.
